Digital delivery

PDFs are digital products; no physical delivery is involved. After Cashfree confirms successful payment, the purchase page provides a download button. If confirmation is delayed, use “Check payment status”. Avoid paying again while a payment is still being confirmed.

Recovering your download

Use the email address entered at checkout on the My PDF purchases page to request an access link. If you need help, contact support with your order number, purchase email and a description of the problem. Never share your UPI PIN, password or full card details.

Refunds

PDF sales are being prepared. The applicable refund terms will be published here before checkout opens.

When a full refund is confirmed, download access to that order is withdrawn. Processing time and credit to the original payment method depend on the payment provider and your bank.
